Favorite training or racing experiences: Interval Training on my Time Trial Machine - "Go Fast, or don't go at all"

Races/events completed this year: 2009 was a great year! It represented my return to racing since 2003. I found my strength - the Time Trial.

Favorite race/s: Currently, most definitely the 14 mile TT; it allows me enough time to "settle in" and do my thing!

Personal Records/Best races: 14 Mile TT, Average Speed of 25.32 mph; 7 Mile TT, Average Speed of 25.995 mph; and 4.1 Mile TT, Average Speed of 28.46 mph

Athletic achievement/s you are most proud of: I just completed my 2nd Annual Christmas Day Fundraiser for the kids that attend Camp Boggy Creek! I ride solo for 100 miles on Christmas Day. I've raised $15,000 in total. I plan to do this each and every year - www.boggycreek.org

Goals for the coming year/season: For 2010 - "It's Time to Put the Hammer Down" Personal: Get a Tatoo! Cycling: 40K State Time Trial in 58 minutes or better!
