Past history of sports participation : I take the 5th.

Primary athletic focus currently: As I continue to fight the "glorious results of my misspent youth" my primary focus is to stay committed to my fitness and running goals, being compliant when it comes to my training schedule , and get across a few more finish lines!

Favorite training or racing experiences: My favorite experience is that when it sucks Dara promises it WILL get better, and she is right.

Races/events completed this year: A 5k at a converted garbage dump! Next time, we go for a better venue!

Favorite race/s: The ones that I finish.

Personal Records/Best races: My personal best to date is the fact that I am still here!

Athletic achievement/s you are most proud of: I dont know that it is so much an athletic achievement as it is a personal achievement that I am committed to this. That makes me proud.

Goals for the coming year/season: Get across some finish lines successfully and malady free!

Races you are planning on next season: Any that Dara approves of as long as they give free bananas.

Additional comments/info: The best part of this whole journey and having Dara as my Coach is the fact that she has been able to push me out of my own way. GENIUS!
