Favorite training or racing experiences: My favorite was racing in Clearwater. The gulf was like glass, the bike course great and run amazing.

Personal Records/Best races: My best race was the Miami Nice despite the cold and nasty weather.

Athletic achievement/s you are most proud of: Getting out and training when everyone else is asleep or on the couch watching TV.

Goals for the coming year/season: Start to race Olympic distance races.
