Favorite training or racing experiences: getting ready for loggerhead I think that segment of training was really a breakthrough for me in my training.

Athletic achievement/s you are most proud of: going from not being able to complete a sprint without stopping or feeling winded to being able to pace myself and complete not only sprints but an international distance tri well below my goal time and feeling great the entire time. Also finally learning how to pace properly and make corrections as I was racing and proper h & n for a race.

Goals for the coming year/season: continue to build on my base and continue to shave time off of all legs of my triathlon
