Training Plans. The personal plan is a comprehensive approach designed to meet your goals. This plan is periodized and may include a Macrocycle (Annual Training Plan) or a Mesocycle (plan designed over several weeks) to train you for peak performance at your selected race or races. The plan takes your past experiences, your goals, and current training fitness into account and balances this with your available training time and what else is going on in your personal life. All of this will help you "Transition to the Next Level" and be successful in your training and racing.

Clinics and presentations. We offer clinics and classroom presentations related to all areas of triathlon: swimming, cycling, and running. If you are interested in a clinic being held in your area please contact one of our coaches. Fees for clinics will be determined based on the topics you would like covered as well as the number of participants who will be attending.

Lactate Threshold estimates. This test will allow you to ultimately apply a scientific approach to your training. By estimating your Lactate Threshold through testing, and training with it as your guideline, you can dramatically improve performance. Several theories have been applied to "zone training". However, from a genetic disposition we are all different. Therefore, a simple formula of "X - your age" does not always allow for maximum training benefit. This is done on the treadmill for running, and on the CompuTrainer for cycling. $70

Off Season Strength Training plans. We offer an off-season strength plan to allow you to focus your attention specifically to improve strength performance for your next season. If your goal is to add power output to your pedal stroke, improve your stride length and stride rate, or improve your efficiency and power in the water this plan is for you. You may enroll in this program without the initial cost for the personal plan above.

One on One, in person sessions. This personalized approach to coaching brings you face to face with a coach. If you need stroke analysis, gait analysis, or weight training instruction this may be for you. Sessions are 1 hour.
